I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix " I" I3 M# g! ]0 F# X & R3 B7 G# v, V+ a+ X% C/ i# J1 U5 |and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here / D) J; D3 a1 A* ~$ ~
